Simon Cottart was awarded a Penn State Opportunity Grant for Professional Development for Spring 2025. The funding from this award will assist Simon with his project titled “Leveraging AI to Enhance Language Learning: Integrating ChatGPT in French Writing Pedagogy.” Simon was also selected to present at the New Schools of Thought: Critical Thinking and Creative Teaching conference, which will take place in Los Angeles from January 8–10, 2025. We are excited to see the important work Simon will accomplish through this grant and conference presentation – his passion for advancing language learning is truly inspiring!
