Roxane Petit-Rasselle is an Assistant Professor at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. She received her Ph.D. from the Pennsylvania State University in 2007. Her research focuses on Alexandre Dumas père, Guignol and Lyon in the nineteenth century, the use of food and wine in narratives, and the making of literary myths. She directed and edited a volume with @nalyses (University of Ottawa). She has authored articles, chapters and book reviews in peer-reviewed journals, including the French Review and Nineteenth-Century French Studies.
