The Department of French and Francophone Studies was pleased to welcome Karl Cogard, Attaché de coopération éducative, and Romain Devaux, Higher Education Officer, to Penn State on Monday, Sept. 17th. We were pleased to hear about the many programs and initiatives offered by the Embassy and look forward to future collaborations. We made sure to send our guests home with special Penn State garb!
